चपक्क टाँसिएर सेल्फी हान्छन्

चुरोट, रक्सी लगायतमा लाग्ने अन्तशुल्क बढाउने, भन्सार महशुल बढाउने, मूल्य अभिबृद्धि कर, सडक मर्मत तथा सुधार दस्तुर, करको दायरामा आउनेलाई शुल्क र ब्याज मिनाहा तथा अटेरी गर्नेलाई जरीवाना गर्ने लगायतका आर्थिक ऐनका दफा १, २, ३, ४, ५, ६, ७, ८, ९, ११, २०, २१, २२ र ३१ लागू भइसकेका छन् । त्यसैको प्रभावले मोटरसाइकल तथा गाडी, चुरोट रक्सी लगायतको भाउ बढिसकेको छ ।

तर मंगलबारदेखि भने दूरसञ्चार सेवा दस्तुर १३ प्रतिशतले बढेकाले उपभोक्ताले इन्टरनेटमा थप पैसा तिर्नुपर्ने भएको छ । नयाँ फोन जडान गर्दा पनि थप १ हजार रुपैयाँ शुल्क लाग्नेछ । सरकारले आफूहरुलाई कर थोपरेकाले मूल्य बढाउन बाध्य भएको इन्टरनेट सेवा प्रदायक संघ आइएसपीएनका पूर्वअध्यक्ष तथा भायनेटका प्रमुख विनय बोहोराले बताउनुभयो ।

कार, जिप भ्यान लगायतका गाडी किन्दा मूल्यको १० प्रतिशतसम्म रजिष्ट्रेशन शुल्क तिर्नुपर्ने भएको छ । त्योभन्दा पनि धेरै मोटरसाइकलको मूल्य बढेको छ । अब १ सय ५० सीसीसम्मको मोटरसाइकलले १५ हजार, २ सय ५० सीसीसम्मको मोटरसाइकलको १८ हजार, ४ सय सीसीसम्मको ५० हजार र त्यसभन्दा माथि २ लाख रुपैयाँसम्म रजिष्ट्रेशन शुल्क तिनुपर्ने भएको छ ।

यस्तै क्यासिनो चलाएबापत ४ करोड र मेसिनबाट खेलाइने क्यासिनोमा थप १ करोड गरी ५ क्यासिनो रोयल्टी ५ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ ।

क्यासिनोको रोयल्टी, वनजन्य वस्तु, मदिराको इजाजत शूल्क, प्रदेश र स्थानीय तहको क्षेत्राधिकार अन्तर्गतका कर लगायत पनि मंगलबारदेखि कार्यान्वयनमा आउने भएकाले महँगी बढ्ने भएको छ ।

यस्तै नेपालभित्र सडक निर्माणको लागि सवारी दर्ता गर्दा पनि अब शुल्क तिर्नुपर्ने भएको छ । यस्तै पेट्रोलियम पदार्थमा प्रतिलिटर ५० पैसाका दरले प्रदुषण नियन्त्रण शुल्क पनि बढेको छ ।

यो बजेटले आयकरको सीमा तलमाथि गरेकाले धेरै पैसा कमाउनेले टन्नै आयकर तिर्नुपर्नेछ । अहिले सामाजिक सुरक्षाका लागि १ प्रतिशतबाहेक सरकारले वर्षमा २५ लाख रुपैयाँसम्म कमाउने व्यक्तिबाट २५ प्रतिशतसम्म आयकर लिंदै आएको छ ।

मंगलबारदेखि सामाजिक सुरक्षाको १ प्रतिशत बाहेक १०, २० र ३० प्रतिशतको दरले आयकर तिर्नुपर्ने छ । अब वर्षमा ७ लाख रुपैयाँसम्म कमाउने व्यक्तिले अहिले तिर्दै आएको करमा वर्षमा झण्डै १५ हजार रुपैँया छुट पाउनेछन् । तर वर्षमा ७ लाख भन्दा धेरै कमाई गर्ने व्यक्तिले भने साउनदेखि कमाईअनुसार ३६ प्रतिशतसम्म कर तिर्नुपर्नेछ ।
